On a Kursk like day at Huntsinger, the Royals yielded only 7 hits to the Padres, enroute to a 20-6 victory. Chris Bennett pitched like a MG-42, mowing down the Padres, getting 9 strikeouts in 5 innings. When the Royals were at bat; they were en fuego, pounding out 23 hits.
