Cubs score 7 runs in the first inning and hold off various Indian threats to win the championship game.
The game 2 protest was thrown aside by the Cubs in the spirit of insuring an even matchup for the final game.

Cubs explode with 27 hits and 28 runs to route the Dodgers 28-10. Glen Pinkard went 5 strong innings with 5K before Eric Swanson shut em down giving up 1 run on no hits.
Danny Harrison went yard twice including a GS to rack up 5RBI and Eric Swanson was 4/4 with 7RBI. Cliff Dietz (3/5) also went yard and knocked in 6. Pat Bair and Glen Pinkard had 3 RBI ea.
